The Outrigger Royal Sea Cliff is just what its name suggests. The hotel appears to rise out of the lava rock bluff and looks out to the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. The entwined terrace provides a panoramic view of the coast from every direction. This is all located just one mile from the shopping and fine dining in the town of Kailua-Kona.

Outdoor venues vary from poolside, golf course pavilion and oceanfront lawns with more than 71,000 square feet of function space. The Hapuna Ballroom boasts of 8.428 square feet of banquet capacity for up to 900 attendees, six conference rooms which include two Executive Board Rooms and the courtyard reception area with a capacity for up to 500.
